Just before Christmas, we closed on the former Shady Hills golf course. We hope to transform the vacant property into a Christmas tree farm where people can gather to celebrate the joy of Christmas, enjoy the outdoors, and make lasting memories.

Our top priority this Spring is to plant our first crop of Christmas trees.  This includes tending to the land where the trees will be planted, planting, and post-planting care to ensure the seedlings survive.  We will be planting about 3,000 Christmas trees to include Fir, Pine, and Spruce varieties.  The trees we plant this year will be ready to harvest in approximately 5-7 years!

After the first crop of trees are in the ground, our focus will shift to property beautification and upkeep.  Beautification will consist of mowing, weeding, cleaning up and spending time getting to know the property.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as we start the years-long effort of reclaiming the grounds from nature.

In the future, we hope to have fresh-cut flowers, pumpkins, and other farm-direct seasonal offerings for sale.  Sometime this year, we hope to launch our website and social media.  However, in the near-term, our focus will be on property clean up.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out on our contact page if you have any questions.
